dont know why people are complaining about setup. took all of 3 minutes to set it up and im on a mac. wish it supported wpa2 but oh well wep is good enough.
The signal is dropped daily (it is 100% strength when it works) and the only thing that seems to work now is re-booting the hardware and getting the xbox to re-connect to the signal. You can read other reviews about setting this up. I have no issues with the product for over a year, but now it is becoming less and less reliable. Annoying.In addition, the box runs very hot. I am wondering if that is connected to the dropped signal.
The product seems to be good although the instructions provided by Linksys are worthless. I followed the instructions provided by two different reviewers (Red Rhino and "Rico") and got the device configured and working on my PS2 in an hour.NOTE: You will need to set a static IP address (I used 192.168.1.249, gateway 255.255.255.1, DNS 192.168.1.1) to get the PS2 to connect. Make sure you transfer those settings to all of your memory cards or you will drop offline.

It did not work all the time and then stopped working at all. I prefer Linksys for all my home networking needs but, I can not recommend this device. I used it to connect xbox to the wireless internet. I recommend just doing whatever it takes to hard wire your game system to your network. It will be easier than fussing with this thing.
